Curriculum & Programs

Alpine Christian School uses the Shurley Curriculum for Language, Writing, Spelling/Poetry, Reading and Science. The themes are woven with the language requirements and spelling words. The curriculum is memory intensive, which is fitting for young students and progresses comprehensively as students get older.

Saxon Curriculum is used for Math.  Saxon is a leading math curriculum in home schooling, public classrooms and private education.  Saxon is extensive, technique forming and aggressive.

Alpine Christian School develops its own Bible and Philosophy Curriculum around issues, principles and events that challenge the faith of Americans. Students learn to evaluate scriptural teaching based on concepts of truth, God’s nature and a comprehensive understanding of scripture. Students memorize a large amount of scripture and learn to apply scriptural truths.
